All of our lecturers are practicing physicians and certified trainers by EFR (Emergency First Response).

Emergency First Response is based on ILCOR standards and is designed to meet today’s requirements for helping people in need.

Who can enroll: This course is open to everyone, whether you are a diver or not. There are no age restrictions. The advantages and flexibility of the program are already appreciated by employees of firms and companies in which first aid training is a must (service industry employees, teachers, educators, sport and fitness instructors), parents, and divers of course.

Course Structure: Emergency First Response has two courses, EFR Primary Care – CPR and EFR Secondary Care – First Aid.

In the EFR Primary Care – CPR course, you will learn how to provide emergency care in life-threatening situations. You will learn eight skills that enable you to act appropriately in the following situations: cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, severe bleeding, shock and spinal cord injury. You will learn how to monitor life-sustaining functions and the basic steps of primary care.

In the EFR Secondary Care – First Aid course, you will learn how to provide care in situations where there is no immediate threat to the life of the victim. You will learn what to do if an ambulance service is not available or is delayed.
